This handbook is provided as a guide for parents during their child’s involvement with the U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps (NSCC) or the Navy League Cadet Corps (NLCC). Most parents who choose to read this booklet do so because their son or daughter has joined, or is interested in joining, either the NSCC or the NLCC.
